In January 2011 Information Enterprises launched TenantScreeningUSA.com a co-branded tenant screening web site that caters to landlords, small property management companies and renters.

The new site offers a tenant screening solution that satisfies the demands of a landlord while protecting the personally identifiable information of the renter.  It accomplishes this feat by having the renter login to the site upon the landlords request and then initiates the retrieval of their own credit report by properly answering some verification questions proving they are who they are and then the renter consents to having their background reports sent to their new potential landlord.  The beauty of the system is that once the landlord gets the renters background information sent to his computer via the Internet, the reports purposely omit the personally identifiable information of the renter so everybody wins.
